30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags, accessories and packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required. Email girlyobsessionsstore@gmail.com before returning anything; unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping
For approved returns, The Girly Obsessions covers standard return-shipping costs and will provide instructions or a return label where available. Original expedited-shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Exceptions
Personalized or made-to-order goods, opened hygiene goods, perishables and gift cards may not be returnable unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
